Select Vocabulary and then click Take test now. Check the results. Look up the words you don’t know.
More Vocabulary
The BBC has a very good site with all kinds of exercises: http://www.bbc.co.uk/learningenglish/ . Select the option Features and then Words in the News. Then select any episode you like to practise your vocabulary.
Listening and Vocabulary
The same BBC site: http://www.bbc.co.uk/learningenglish/
offers a lot of extra practice material via the option 6 Minute English. Select any subject you like, listen to the story and do the exercises underneath. The best thing to do is listen to the story first, without looking at the text and then listen to the story again, while reading the text. This way you will automatically pick up new words.
Reading and Vocabulary
For Reading exercises you can explore the English Test Store site. Under the sections Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate Reading Tests and Advanced Reading Tests you will find lists of tests. Make your own, random selection or choose one of the direct links under Selection below.
Instructions: there are 5 tot 10 questions on a particular test. After having submitted the answer, you will hear whether it is correct or not. The next question on the text will then automatically appear.
